This website, audio.thosekids.studio, is run by Jordi Gasau Mora, based in Girona, Spain. This policy explains what personal data is collected through the newsletter and by contacting me, and how it is handled.
What is collected
- Newsletter: your email address, which you provide voluntarily and with your consent when you subscribe.
- Contact: if you email audio@thosekids.studio or call, I process the information you choose to share (such as your name, email or phone number) in order to reply.
How it is used
Your email address is used only to send occasional newsletter updates about gigs and live sound. Contact details are used only to respond to your message. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis & retention
The newsletter is based on your consent. Your data is kept only for as long as needed: newsletter data until you unsubscribe or request removal, and contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. To do so, email audio@thosekids.studio.
